In 2006, Murrysville Medic One expanded it's services by implementing a support team for fire, police, and other agencies. Besides this unit being equipped and licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health Advanced Life Support Squad and Rescue, the unit is equipped for rescuer rehab. This unit can easily provide initial rehab services for a rescue team of 200.

Since this unit was placed into service, it has responded to both emergency incidents and training details for fire departments and law enforcement agencies throughout Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong, Fayette, Somerset, and Indiana Counties. This unit has provided rehab services to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
